AIDS Cases Increasing in Muslim Countries

The New York Times article below discussed the findings of our study on the emerging HIV epidemics among men who have sex with men in the Middle East and North Africa, however, misrepresented the findings of our study and made unfounded claims. After disputing their article, the New York Times corrected, but only partially, the story and invited us to publish a Letter to the Editor to express our objections. Our letter was published on Aug 30, 2011.
