Employee Referral Program
Our employees are our brand ambassadors. They understand our culture of excellence and collaboration better than anyone else, making them one of our most valuable sources for attracting exceptional talent.
To recognize and thank employees who refer qualified friends or former colleagues, WCM-Q offers a referral award program. Eligible employees who refer a candidate hired into a full-time, regular position will receive a $500 referral award once the new hire successfully completes six months of employment.
