CCMetrics and ACCMetrics are validated image analysis software for manual and automated tracing of corneal nerve morphology for three CCM measures:
- Corneal nerve fiber density (CNFD) (fibers/mm2)
- Corneal nerve branch density (CNBD) (branches/mm2)
- Corneal nerve fiber length (CNFL) (mm/mm2)
The CCMetrics and ACCMetrics are offered free of charge under the license agreement for research purposes.
