We are committed to doing what is right, even if it is not easy.
WCM-Q’s Expectations:
Integrity means wholeness of character, an uncompromising adherence to a code of values, and consistency of word and deed. Integrity is of the utmost importance. When we lose our integrity we have lost our strength of persuasion.
Are we able to remain true to organizational standards and have that commitment unequivocally override all other considerations, including friendly favors?
Are we able to admit a mistake, rather than seek to place blame on someone, and make an effort to understand what we can learn from the experience in order to avoid it in the future?
We are ethical in all our business dealings.
WCM-Q’s Expectations:
Are we able to do the right thing even if no one is going to know the difference, simply because it is the right thing to do and we, ourselves will know the difference?
Personal Mindset to help achieve Integrity:
- I will strive to admit when I’m wrong and not try to make an excuse.
- I will strive to truly seek forgiveness and reconciliation for those I’ve offended.
- I will strive to “walk the talk” and not simply “talk the talk”.
Comments that might describe an “expert/role model”:
“Dependable and honest.”
“This person can be counted on to follow through on commitments, keep information confidential when needed, act credibly, and is generally thought of as an upright individual.”
