- Wash hands and fresh produce thoroughly
- Separate raw meat, poultry, and seafood, from ready-to-eat foods
- Cook to proper temperatures (use a food thermometer if possible)
- Clean and disinfect surfaces
- Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours
- And most importantly - enjoy healthful food choices and have fun in the kitchen!

#Food Deliveries Prepare all meals at home if possible. If you need to order through a home delivery service, make sure to:
- Limit in-person contact if possible. Ask for the delivery to be left in a safe spot outside your house
- Pay online or on the phone if possible
- Stay at least 2 meters away from the delivery person
- Dispose of packaging in a safe manner and clean/disinfect surfaces
- Wash your hand with soap and water or use a hand sanitize
