Primary Functions

  • Manage recruitment, appointments, and promotions of WCM-Q base faculty and at the affiliated institutions, including:
    • Guidance for preparing CVs, educator’s portfolios, clinical portfolios, key contributions summary, and other required documentation
    • Clarification about academic policies, criteria, and benefits
    • Support for Search Committees

  • Manage recruitment, appointments of postdoctoral trainees and research associates, including:
    • Support principal investigators in recruiting and retaining academic research staff
    • Clarification about academic policies, criteria, and benefits

  • Support and maintain communications and collaborations between the College and our clinical affiliates, including:
    • Development of academic affiliation agreements to expand teaching and training sites for students
    • Orientation for new faculty
    • Assistance connecting affiliated faculty with WCM-Q Course Directors 

  • Provide enrichment programs to promote academic excellence for all faculty, including: 
    • Faculty development seminars
    • Guidance for the Annual Review Process

  • Manage licensing, credentialing, and hospital privileges for WCM-Q base clinical faculty

  • Provide faculty data for planning and decision-making
