Clare McVeigh, PhD Associate Professor of Biology
Spring - 3 Credits
This course enables students to apply their fundamental knowledge of general biology for higher-level learning and critical thinking relating to human biology. The course will provide a basic understanding of particular human organ systems, their structure, and function. It will also foster an understanding of the interaction between organ system function, and the maintenance of health. Lab dissections will provide students with the opportunity to improve manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
