Changes or Cancellations

Name changes or substitutions are not permitted.
All cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing and submitted via email to cpd@qatar-med.cornell.edu.
For a full refund of the registration fee, the cancellation request must be received at least 7 days prior to the session. No refund will be offered for cancellation request thereafter.
We will attempt to process the refund within 30 days of receiving any cancellation request.
Weill Cornell Medicine-Qatar reserves the right to cancel the course. In the event of a cancellation, fee deposit will be returned, but we will not be responsible for any other expenses including restricted or non-refundable airfare or hotel deposits.

REGISTRATION WARNING

Registration for courses managed by Weill Cornell Medicine-Qatar (WCM-Q) can only be completed through WCM-Q's official registration portal. Attendee registrations made through any other sites cannot be honored. WCM-Q is not able to refund fees paid through unaffiliated registration sites, such as eMedEvents.com, MedConfWorld.com, EventEgg.com, and 10times.com.

CloudCME

The WCM-Q CloudCME web portal allows users to register for upcoming courses, review calendars, identify activities that will help them provide better care, access online syllabi, complete course evaluations and download transcripts in real-time.

First-time users

Click here and follow the below steps to create your account.

Click “Sign Up Now”
Fill in the required information
Fields marked with (*) must be completed
Click “Submit”
Proceed to register for the activity

Existing Account Holders

In case you have a Hikmah account and are accessing the WCM-Q CloudCME web portal for the first time, you may use the same email address to sign in. You will have to reset your password. Once this is done you can proceed with registration as noted below
Click “Sign in” and enter your User Name and Password to login
Follow the below steps to register for the activity

Update your profile

Log in to your CloudCME account
If you are a physician please select AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ and QCHP Credits as shown in the physician profile screenshot. Please make sure you select MD or MBBS in the degree field as shown
All other participants please select DHP Credits or Non-Physician Attendance as applicable as shown in the non-physician screenshot

Registering for the activity

Click on “Courses”
Select the activity
Click “Register”
Click “Continue”
Follow through with the remaining steps
