Muneera Al-Muhannadi
Dr. Muneera Ali Al-Muhannadi is a full-time faculty member of the Family Medicine Residency Program at HMC-PHCC (Hamad Medical Corporation - Primary Health Care Corporation) and a family medicine consultant at PHCC. She also holds the position of assistant professor of family medicine in clinical medicine at Weill Cornell Medicine-Qatar (WCM-Q).
Dr. Al-Muhannadi earned her MBBS degree from WCM-Q in 2009 and was certified as a family medicine physician by the Arab Board of Health Specializations (ABHS) in 2016. Throughout her career, she has dedicated her efforts to providing excellent clinical care to patients at the West Bay Health Center.
Dr. Al-Muhannadi was recently awarded a master’s degree in health professions education from Maastricht University in the Netherlands. Her thesis focused on faculty development and training.
Dr. Al-Muhannadi is a dedicated faculty member in the residency program, focused on educating and assessing residents. She provides comprehensive training, valuable insights, and hands-on experiences to prepare residents for the challenges of the medical field. Dr. Muneera actively engages in the assessment process, ensuring residents receive constructive feedback. Her commitment contributes to the program’s academic and clinical excellence, supporting residents in their journey to become proficient healthcare practitioners
Dr. Al-Muhannadi has a keen interest in medical education, women’s health, childcare, and clinical research. She has co-published numerous research studies focusing on various topics such as diabetes, obesity, depression, healthcare management, arthritis, medical education, women’s health, and clinical audits. Dr. Al-Muhannadi also actively participates in regional and international workshops and conferences, ensuring she remains up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field.
