The Early Bird Fee applies to registrations completed by December 22, 2025. Attendees registering after this date must pay the regular Registration Fee. Registration closes on January 15, 2026.

Important Notice on Accomodation

Hotel rooms are in high demand during the conference period.

  • After the registration deadline, onsite registration will be available, but hotel bookings will be subject to availability.
  • If the block of rooms guaranteed by the conference is sold out, delegates will need to arrange accommodation directly with nearby hotels
