Accomodation

All attendees are encouraged to stay at the Sheraton, the official hotel for the conference, which offers a very convenient rate for our delegates. Staying at the Sheraton provides direct access to all conference events, including networking sessions, meals and evening activities.

Nonetheless, accommodation (and breakfast) can be booked separately – once you register, you will be directed to a list of all hotels offering special rates for the conference.

Important Notice on Accommodation

Hotel rooms are in high demand during the conference period.

  • After the registration deadline, onsite registration will be available, but hotel bookings will be subject to availability.
  • If the block of rooms guaranteed by the conference is sold out, delegates will need to arrange accommodation directly with nearby hotels

Interested scientists are welcome to join the ECS to get a discounted rate for ECS members. This can be done by filling in the membership form available at https://calciumsociety.com before registering for the meeting.
