All participants are highly encouraged to submit an abstract of their present work via the meeting website
- Selection Process: All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the scientific committee. Selected abstracts will be invited for poster presentation during the conference.
- Presentation Details: Posters will be displayed throughout the conference in the designated poster area outside of Al-Majlis Hall. Presenters will have dedicated time slots to discuss their work with attendees.
- Awards: Outstanding posters will be recognized with awards, including Best Poster and Young Investigator Award.
Posters will be on display during the whole duration of the meeting with ample time for discussion.
Although most presentations will be by poster, some of the submitted abstracts will be selected for oral presentations (Check the schedule for available slots). Participants wanting to be taken into consideration for oral presentation have to indicate this at the submission of their abstract.
Posters should be prepared in portrait format (maximum A0 format). Posters will have to be set-up the first day of the meeting before the opening session (i.e. directly after registration) and will remain on display until the end of the last poster session on Wednesday. Material to hand the posters will be provided.
