Certificate

An anonymous evaluation will be conducted online. All participants are required to complete the Evaluation Form in order to qualify for a certificate of attendance.

If you wish to receive a certificate of completion “Certificate of Analysis in Medical Data”, you are required to complete the three workshops (Introductory, Intermediate, and Advanced Applied Biostatistics for Health Care Professionals) and pass the test at the end of each activity.

Participants not wishing to receive a Certificate of Analysis in Medical Data have the option of registering for any of the three workshops and would receive a certificate indicating the level of workshop attended and the number of credits received as per hours attended.

Certification Details

The certification is limited to 50 participants for each level. Additional registrations will be on a waitlist.
Registrations will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
Participants MUST have their own laptop with SPSS software downloaded

Workshop Fees

The First Level 1 Session:

Early Bird (valid until November 28, 2024): 584 QAR / 160 USD
Regular fees (from November 29, 2024): 730 QAR / 200 USD

The Second Level 1 Session:

Early Bird (valid until November 28, 2024): 584 QAR / 160 USD
Regular fees (from November 29, 2024): 730 QAR / 200 USD

Level 2:

Early Bird (valid until January 22, 2025): 438 QAR / 120 USD
Regular fees (from January 23, 2025): 547 QAR / 150 USD

Level 3:

Early Bird (valid until March 12, 2025): 438 QAR / 120 USD
Regular fees (from March 13, 2025): 547 QAR / 150 USD

IMPORTANT Notice

- You can register either for the online OR the face-to-face session with NO possible changes.

- Those who register for the ONLINE session will receive a UNIQUE join link on the day of the activity.

- For those who register for the FACE-TO-FACE session, please take note of the building protocols currently followed at Weill Cornell Medicine-Qatar.

Face mask is not mandatory but can be worn if the participant prefers to.
You can use the hand sanitizer at the reception before entering the building.

- These instructions are subject to change as per MOPH requirements.

REGISTRATION WARNING
Registration for courses managed by Weill Cornell Medicine-Qatar (WCM-Q) can only be completed through WCM-Q's official registration portal. Attendee registrations made through any other sites cannot be honored. WCM-Q is not able to refund fees paid through unaffiliated registration sites, such as eMedEvents.com, MedConfWorld.com, EventEgg.com, and 10times.com.

Please report any unauthorized websites or solicitations for registrations to cpd@qatar-med.cornell.edu.

Registration Changes or Cancellations

Name changes and substitutions are not permitted.
All cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing and submitted via email to CPD.
A full refund of the course fee will be made if the cancellation request is received at least two weeks prior to the course start date. A 50% refund of the course fee will be made if cancellation request is received at least one week prior to the course start date. No refund will be made for cancellation requests received thereafter.
We will attempt to process the refund within 30 days of receiving any cancellation request.
Weill Cornell Medicine–Qatar reserves the right to cancel the course. In the event of a cancellation, fee deposit will be returned, but we will not be responsible for any other expenses including restricted or non-refundable airfare and hotel deposits.

CloudCME

The WCM-Q CloudCME web portal allows users to register for upcoming courses, review calendars, identify activities that will help them provide better care, access online syllabi, complete course evaluations and download transcripts in real-time.

Fields marked with (*) must be completed
Click “Submit”
Proceed to register for the activity

Existing Account Holders

In case you have a Hikmah account and are accessing the WCM-Q CloudCME web portal for the first time, you may use the same email address to sign in. You will have to reset your password. Once this is done you can proceed with registration as noted below
Click “Sign in” and enter your User Name and Password to login

Log in to your CloudCME account
If you are a physician please select AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ and QCHP Credits as shown in the physician profile screenshot. Please make sure you select MD or MBBS in the degree field as shown
All other participants please select DHP Credits or Non-Physician Attendance as applicable as shown in the non-physician screenshot
