Registration Changes or Cancellations

• You will receive a Zoom link upon registration. Please use the same email address when logging into a session.
• Weill Cornell Medicine – Qatar and VCUArts Qatar reserve the right to cancel the conference. In the event of a cancellation, we will not be responsible for any expenses incurred by you. 
• All sessions are listed in the schedule in the UTC+ 3 Arabian Standard Time Zone (AST)

PUBLICATION OPPORTUNITY

• all peer-reviewed accepted abstracts will be eligible for publication in a special issue of QScience Connect Journal from QScience.com
• the research described in the abstract can be previously published or submitted for publication elsewhere, but the authors will agree that the abstract is original and unpublished 
• abstracts will be checked for plagiarism with plagiarism detection software
• Copyright Retained by Author: Abstracts will be published by Hamad Bin Khalifa University Press (Publisher) under the Creative Commons License CCBY-4.0. Copyright on any publication published by the Publisher is retained by the author. Authors grant the Publisher the right to publish the abstract and identify itself as the original publisher. Authors also grant any third Party the right to use the abstract freely (copy, distribute, transmit, or adapt), provided the original work is cited and attributed.
