The 1st International Conference on Medical Humanities in the Middle East invites proposals for oral presentations and posters. Qualitative and quantitative research, case studies, country reports, full sessions, and theoretical papers are welcome.
This conference is designed for doctors, nurses, educators, researchers, and administrators within all healthcare professions as well as humanities specialists. In addition, participants are encouraged to network professionally, establish research collaborations, and learn more about humanism in medicine.
Engaging conversations will take place on the topics of narrative medicine, medical sociology, philosophy of medicine, medical ethics and narrative ethics, literature and medicine, history of medicine and other humanistic initiatives in medicine occurring in the Middle East and North Africa region.
