In most African settings including Kenya, people don't have access to health care facilities. In addition, obtaining affordable health insurance is another challenging obstacle. In fulfilling vision 2030 for Kenya, we have achieved a lot in humanitarian global health. These achievements in health policy and services provision are specifically evident through the management of African mobile clinics.
