Non-speaking attending author and Attendees: 200 USD

Fees must be paid in advance at the registration portal.

 

You must be registered and the fee paid in full in order to present a paper or to attend events. For multi-authored papers, at least one speaker must register as a "speaker." Speakers at the conference will receive an official "Speaker Certificate," and non-speaking authors who are attending the conference and attendees who are attending the conference and not speaking will receive an "Attendance Certificate." The registration fee provides access to all activities, 2 lunches and 4 coffee breaks, and gift bag.

 

 

1- Name changes or substitutions are not permitted.

2- All cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing and submitted via email to alw2010@qatar-med.cornell.edu

3- For a full refund of the registration fee, the cancellation request must be received at least 7 days prior to the conference. No refund will be offered for cancellation request thereafter.

4- We will attempt to process the refund within 30 days of receiving any cancellation request.

5- Weill Cornell Medicine-Qatar reserves the right to cancel the conference. In the event of a cancellation, the registration fee will be returned, but we will not be responsible for any other expenses including restricted or non-refundable airfare or hotel deposits.

 

 

Registration for this conference can only be completed through WCM-Q's official registration portal on this webpage. Attendee registrations made through any other sites cannot be honored. WCM-Q is not able to refund fees paid through unaffiliated registration sites, such as eMedEvents.com, MedConfWorld.com, EventEgg.com, and 10times.com.
