This interactive 6-hour training highlights the dynamic relationship between the adult developmental stages and the social-emotional competencies (SECs) essential for thriving in professional and social life. Grounded in the constructive development theory and social-emotional learning research, this workshop guides participants through how adults make meaning of their life experiences - and how that shapes their ability to manage emotions, build relationships, and make responsible decisions. Through self-reflection, case studies, and group discussions, professionals will gain insight into their own growth and learn practical strategies to support social-emotional development in themselves, their mentees, and their peers
