Dr. Diala Steitieh is an assistant professor of clinical medicine in the Division of Cardiology at Weill Cornell Medical College and NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital. Dr Steitieh completed an accelerated pre-medical program followed by a medical degree at Weill Cornell Medicine-Qatar (WCM-Q). After graduating, she moved to New York where she completed her residency in internal medicine and fellowship in cardiovascular disease at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medicine.

Her clinical practice is in general cardiology, with a focus on preventative care, sports cardiology and hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. Dr. Steitieh is board certified in internal medicine, general cardiology, echocardiography, and nuclear cardiology
