Workshop Details

• The workshop is limited to 50 participants. Additional registrations will be on a waitlist. 
• Registrations will be on a first-come, first-served basis. 
• Certificates can be downloaded upon completion of evaluation on the CloudCME Portal.

Substitution Policy

• Name changes, substitutions and transfer of registration to future courses is not permitted. 
• Registration is not transferable.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• All cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing and submitted via email to iph@qatar-med.cornell.edu
• For a full refund of the registration fee, the cancellation request must be received by Thursday, Apr 23, 2026.
• A 50% refund of the registration fee will be made if cancellation request is received by Wednesday, Apr 29, 2026.
• No refund will be offered for cancellation requests thereafter.
• We will attempt to process the refund within 30 days of receiving any cancellation request. 
• Weill Cornell Medicine–Qatar reserves the right to cancel the activity. In the event of a cancellation, fee deposit will be returned, but we will not be responsible for any other expenses including restricted or non-refundable airfare and hotel deposits.
