This course is intended for doctors, nurses, dentists, pharmacists, allied healthcare professionals, students, educators, counselors and administrators.

Workshop Registration Information

Individuals interested in attending the morning/afternoon workshop sessions must register online using Weill Cornell Medicine-Qatar’s (WCM-Q) online registration system “Hikmah”.
Each workshop is limited to 30 participants.
Registrations will be on a first come-first served basis. Spaces are limited. Register early to avoid disappointment.
If the workshop is full, email iph@qatar-med.cornell.edu, to be added to a waitlist.
Workshop fee includes all material and breakfast/lunch.

Students must use the promo code provided to them in order to avail the student discount.
If you are a student and would like to avail of the student discount, please email iph@qatar-med.cornell.edu, to receive the promo code. Please mention the following in the email:

If you have registered online, please bring your workshop/symposium registration notification on the day of the workshop.

Payment Information

Registration Fee for workshops/symposium can be paid by credit card on Weill Cornell Medicine-Qatar's (WCM-Q) online registration system "Hikmah".
Your registration will be confirmed only upon receipt of payment.

Registration Changes or Cancellations

Name changes and substitutions are not permitted.
All cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing and submitted via email to iph@qatar-med.cornell.edu.
For a full refund of the workshop/symposium fee, the cancellation request must be received by January 30, 2018.
No refund will be offered for cancellation requests received after January 30, 2018.
We will attempt to process the refund within 30 days of receiving any cancellation request.
Weill Cornell Medicine – Qatar reserves the right to cancel the course. In the event of a cancellation, fee deposit will be returned, but we will not be responsible for any other expenses including restricted or non-refundable airfare and hotel deposits.
