Course Details

• Class size is limited to 50 participants. Additional registrations will be on a waitlist. 
• Fee includes access to self-study/online unit and in-person/onsite units.
• Fee can be paid by credit card on CloudCME.
• Your registration will be confirmed only upon receipt of payment. 
• Certificates can be downloaded upon completion of evaluation on the CloudCME Portal

Substitution Policy

• Name changes, substitutions and transfer of registration to future courses is not permitted. 
• Registration is not transferable.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• All cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing and submitted via email to iph@qatar-med.cornell.edu. 
• A full refund of the course fee will be made if the cancellation request is received at least 3 weeks prior to the course start date, provided the participant has not logged into and commenced the self-study unit.
• If the participant has logged into and commenced the self-study unit, no refund will be provided.
• IPH will attempt to process the refund within 30 days of receiving any cancellation request. 
• IPH Weill Cornell Medicine-Qatar reserves the right to cancel the course. In the event of a cancellation, course fee will be refunded, but we will not be responsible for any other expenses including restricted or non-refundable airfare and hotel deposits.
