This presentation will provide an overview of our understanding of SARS-CoV-2 immunity based on a series of epidemiologic studies conducted in Qatar over the last three years. The presentation will discuss immune protection of both natural infection and vaccination and against each of infection and severe COVID-19. Among topics discussed are waning of protection, effect of variant/subvariant and viral evolution on protection, and immune imprinting.
