In this talk, we will discuss various approaches for the computational analysis and interpretation of multi-omics datasets, and their application to biomedical and clinical research questions. We will start with our “maplet” framework for core -omics data analysis, which only requires limited coding expertise and covers large portions of modern data analysis pipelines. We will then discuss various advanced applications, including biological network analysis, automatic patient subgroup identification, and machine learning models for outcome prediction.
