Registration Changes or Cancellations

Name changes and substitutions are not permitted.
All cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing and submitted via email to iph@qatar-med.cornell.edu.
We will attempt to process the refund within 30 days of receiving any cancellation request. No refund or cancellation request will be accommodated after April 5, 2018.
Weill Cornell Medicine – Qatar reserves the right to cancel the course. In the event of a cancellation, fee deposit will be returned, but we will not be responsible for any other expenses including restricted or non-refundable airfare and hotel deposits.

Registering for the Activity, Course or Workshop:

Click on “Calendar”
Select the activity you want to attend
Click “Add to cart”
Complete the payment section if course fees apply. (This step will not apply for free lectures)
Click “Checkout”
Accept “Term and conditions”
Click “Place order”
You are now registered for the lecture and will receive a confirmation email.
