Changes or Cancellations

1. Name changes or substitutions are not permitted.
2. All cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing and submitted via email to cpd@qatar-med.cornell.edu.
3. For a full refund of the registration fee, the cancellation request must be received at least 7 days prior to the session. No refund will be offered for cancellation request thereafter.
4. We will attempt to process the refund within 30 days of receiving any cancellation request.
5. Weill Cornell Medicine-Qatar reserves the right to cancel the course. In the event of a cancellation, fee deposit will be returned, but we will not be responsible for any other expenses including restricted or non-refundable airfare or hotel deposits.

REGISTRATION WARNING
Registration for courses managed by Weill Cornell Medicine-Qatar (WCM-Q) can only be completed through WCM-Q's official registration portal. Attendee registrations made through any other sites cannot be honored. WCM-Q is not able to refund fees paid through unaffiliated registration sites, such as eMedEvents.com, MedConfWorld.com, EventEgg.com, and 10times.com.
