Rajalakshmi Anand, MBA
Rajalakshmi ‘Raji’ Anand is a Doctor of Education candidate in Leadership and Innovation at Arizona State University, USA. Her research focuses on leveraging generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) in medical education pedagogy to enhance learning experiences, improve efficiency, and foster educator creativity. She conducted an intervention involving a professional development course where medical educators experimented with GenAI tools to augment teaching methods while navigating ethical considerations like privacy, confidentiality, and responsible GenAI use.
Raji is also the Senior Administrative Manager at the Institute for Population Health (IPH) at Weill Cornell Medicine - Qatar (WCM-Q). She manages the planning and organization of accredited continuing medical education activities, oversees digital marketing strategy and content, and leads community outreach and global health service-learning initiatives. Holding an MBA from Temple University, USA, Raji is certified in strategic leadership, digital marketing, writing and publishing for healthcare professionals, digital strategy, critical thinking, and project management. She has served on the Program Advisory Committee for the International Association of Business Communicators World Conference in 2016 and is a member of the Organizing Committee and Scientific Planning Committee for various IPH activities.
