Arwa Nasir

Arwa Nasir, MBBS, MSc, MPH, is Associate Professor of Pediatrics at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. She is currently a William J. Fulbright Visiting Scholar at the University of Jordan where she is carrying out research on pediatric mental health in Arab countries and teaching Pediatric medicine and research to medical students and physicians. She is the immediate past President of the Nebraska Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics and currently serves on the American Academy of Pediatrics' Committee on the Psychosocial Aspects of Child and Family Health. She has written, lectured and published widely on pediatrics and pediatric mental health.
