Ms. Al Ahmad, Director of Alumni Affairs at WCM-Q, has 14 years of experience working with NGOs. She served as an operations manager for the Qatar Foundation’s World Innovation Summit for Education (WISE.) She also worked as a career development advisor at Silatech, an initiative of HH Sheikha Moza Bint Nasser which also focuses on expanding educational and economic opportunities for the region’s youth and young adults. In addition, she advocated for youth and children rights in refugee camps through sport as a tool of inclusion working as Youth Empowerment & Innovation Specialist at the International Center for Sports Security (ICSS), an independent not-for-profit organization that encourages sports as a tool of empowerment for disadvantaged youth. Prior to this work, Ms. Al Ahmad worked as Training & Development Coordinator at Qatar Chamber of Commerce. Ms. Al Ahmad was awarded her MBA in strategic planning from London Business School & Finance. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Change Management from Brighton University – UK in addition to a Human Resources Management Diploma from College of North Atlantic-Canada.
