Changes or cancellations 

1. Name changes or substitutions are not permitted.
2. All cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing and submitted via email to LibEvents@qatar-med.cornell.edu
3. For a full refund of the registration fee, the cancellation request must be received at least 7 days prior to the event. No refund will be offered for cancellation requests received after this time.
4. We will attempt to process the refund within 30 days of receiving a cancellation request.
5. Weill Cornell Medicine-Qatar reserves the right to cancel the event. In the event of a cancellation, the registration fee will be returned. We will not be responsible for any other expenses incurred.
