Registration

Target Audience

This course is intended for allied health professionals, researchers, educators, public health professionals, physicians, nurses, dentists, pharmacists, healthcare administrators, and others. If you do not belong to the target audience and would like to enroll in the course, please email iph@qatar-med.cornell.edu. The course is open to all healthcare professionals and the content is not necessarily aimed at any specific healthcare professional group for example nutritionists, doctors etc.

Course Discount

An early bird discount of 50% is available. To avail the early bird discount, apply and complete payment by Dec 31, 2022.
A special discount of 25% is available from Jan 1, 2023. To avail the special discount, apply and complete payment by Jan 7, 2023.
Registration/payment on and after January 8 will be at the full price.

Limited scholarships are available for residents of Qatar based on their financial needs.

Application Process

Complete the application form and submit along with a copy of your latest CV (PDF).
You should receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive the email, please contact iph@qatar-med.cornell.edu.
Your application will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
A decision will be made and communicated via email within 2-3 working days of application submission.
If you are accepted for the course, instructions will be sent via email to make the course payment.
Your registration will only be confirmed on receipt of payment.
Registration will be on a first come first served basis.

Course postponed to a later date. New dates will be announced once available.

Registration & Cancellation Policy

Name changes, substitutions and transfer of registration to future courses is not permitted.
Registration is not transferable.
All cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing and submitted via email to iph@qatar-med.cornell.edu.
A full refund of the course fee will be made if the cancellation request is received by Saturday, December 31, 2022. A 50% refund of the course fee will be made if cancellation request is received by Saturday, January 7, 2023. No refund will be offered for cancellation requests thereafter.
IPH will attempt to process the refund within 30 days of receiving any cancellation request.
IPH reserves the right to cancel registration if the participant is not a healthcare practitioner from Qatar and the region.
IPH Weill Cornell Medicine-Qatar reserves the right to cancel the course, in the event of which, course fee will be refunded; but we will not be responsible for any other expenses including restricted or non-refundable airfare and hotel deposits.

Registration Warning

Registration for courses managed by Weill Cornell Medicine-Qatar can only be completed through WCM-Q's official registration portal. Attendee registrations made through any other sites cannot be honored.

WCM-Q is not able to refund fees paid through unaffiliated registration sites, such as eMedEvents.com, MedConfWorld.com, EventEgg.com, and 10times.com.
