Registration

This workshop is intended for physicians, nurses, dentists, pharmacists, allied health practitioners, researchers, educators, and administrators. The workshop is limited to 40 participants. Registration will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Certificates can be downloaded from CloudCME on completion of post-activity evaluation.

Substitution Policy

Name changes, substitutions and transfer of registration to future courses is not permitted.
Registration is not transferable.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

All cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing and submitted via email to iph@qatar-med.cornell.edu.
For a full refund of the workshop fee, the cancellation request must be received at least 7 days prior to session. No refund will be offered for cancellation requests thereafter.
We will attempt to process the refund within 30 days of receiving any cancellation request.
Weill Cornell Medicine–Qatar reserves the right to cancel the course. In the event of a cancellation, fee deposit will be returned, but we will not be responsible for any other expenses including restricted or non-refundable airfare and hotel deposits.

Registration Warning

Registration for courses managed by Weill Cornell Medicine-Qatar (WCM-Q) can only be completed through WCM-Q's official registration portal. Attendee registrations made through any other sites cannot be honored. WCM-Q is not able to refund fees paid through unaffiliated registration sites, such as eMedEvents.com, MedConfWorld.com, EventEgg.com, and 10times.com.

CloudCME

The WCM-Q CloudCME web portal allows users to register for upcoming courses, review calendars, identify activities that will help them provide better care, access online syllabi, complete course evaluations and download transcripts in real-time.

First-time users

Click here and follow the below steps to create your account.

Fill in the required information
Fields marked with (*) must be completed
Click “Submit”
Proceed to register for the activity

Existing Account Holders

In case you have a Hikmah account and are accessing the WCM-Q CloudCME web portal for the first time, you may use the same email address to sign in. You will have to reset your password. Once this is done you can proceed with registration as noted below
Click “Sign in” and enter your User Name and Password to login
Follow the below steps to register for the activity
