Registration

This workshop is intended for physicians, nurses, dentists, pharmacists, allied health professionals, researchers, educators, and administrators. Please read the minimum requirements outlined below prior to proceeding with registering your interest for the course.

Class size is limited to 24 participants.
Certificates can be downloaded on completion of the online post-activity evaluation.
Only participants who pass the course final exam will receive the CCHCP completion certificate.

Applicants should meet the following minimum requirements

Bachelor’s degree from regionally accredited institution.
Fluency in English language as well as one or more languages, including Arabic, Amharic, Bengali, Farsi (Dari), Hindi, Indonesian, Japanese, Korean, Malayalam, Mandarin, Nepalese, Oromo, Pashto, Sinhalese, Somali, Swahili, Tagalog, Urdu and Vietnamese.
Knowledgeable about his/her community culture.
Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
Adequate healthcare related work experience is preferred.
Valid residency visa in Qatar.

Application Process

Applicants will register their interest online and submit their CV.
After review, shortlisted applicants will be invited for a computer skills test, written language fluency test and a personal interview.
Applicants who meet the minimum requirements, pass the tests and personal interview will receive a letter of confirmation along with the CloudCME website payment link to complete the payment of USD 590/QAR 2148.
Upon payment, the applicant's placement in the course will be confirmed.

Registration Warning

Registration for courses managed by Weill Cornell Medicine-Qatar can only be completed through WCM-Q's official registration portal. Attendee registrations made through any other sites cannot be honored. WCM-Q is not able to refund fees paid through unaffiliated registration sites, such as eMedEvents.com, MedConfWorld.com, EventEgg.com, and 10times.com.

Substitution Policy

Name changes, substitutions and transfer of registration to future courses is not permitted.
Registration is not transferable.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

All cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing and submitted via email to iph@qatar-med.cornell.edu.
For a full refund of the course fee, the cancellation request must be received at least 1 month prior to session. No refund will be offered for cancellation requests thereafter.
We will attempt to process the refund within 30 days of receiving any cancellation request.
