Dr. Luis Fernandez

Luis Fernandez-Luque PhD (Coordinator) (QCRI, Qatar): At QCRI (Qatar Computing Research Institute- HBKU, Qatar Foundation), Luis Fernandez-Luque works on social computing for health. He graduated from his PhD at the University of Tromso (Norway) and studied computer engineering at the University of Sevilla (Spain). He has been involved in eHealth and Medical Informatics research for over 10 years. He is currently the co-Chair of the Social Media Working Group of the International Medical Informatics Association.
