Anupama Jithesh
Anupama is a certified Lifestyle Medicine Health Professional (Dip IBLM). She holds a Master’s degree in Weight Management from the University of Chester, UK.
Currently in her role as Research Projects Coordinator at the Institute for Population Health (IPH) at Weill Cornell Medicine-Qatar (WCM-Q), Anupama assists and coordinates new project initiatives while actively supporting other research activities. She has extensive experience in collecting, compiling, and managing medium-to-large datasets and has contributed to multiple publications of the team. She actively participates in the IPH's community outreach and other educational activities.
Prior to joining IPH, Anupama worked in the Clinical Research Core at WCM-Q as a Clinical Research Coordinator (Dietetics), where she was responsible for obtaining and maintaining clinical data, planning and conducting nutritional and health awareness program and also assisting in the conduct of clinical trials. Before moving to Qatar, she practiced as a Registered Dietitian (RD) in the National Health Service (NHS), UK and held educational roles. She has also taught undergraduate students at the University of Central Lancashire, Preston, UK.
