Dr. Joji Mathews is a cardiology specialist with over 25 years of experience. Currently he works with the DM Health Care group at their Aster Medical Centre at Muntazah, Qatar. He previously work at at Al Ahli Hospital in Qatar, Ramaiah Narayanahrudhayala in Bangalore and Apollo Hospital Chennai. He completed his MBBS and MD in internal medicine at Kasturba Medical College in Mangalore, Karnataka followed by DNB in cardiology at Apollo Chennai. He attended the Certificate in Lifestyle Medicine course along with the second batch at Weill Cornell Medicine-Qatar and was certified as Diplomate in Lifestyle Medicine in November 2020. While treating various heart diseases, Dr. Mathews ensures that the lifestyle component is addressed and champions the same. He has inspired many to practice a healthy lifestyle and become advocates of the same.
