Dr. Fatema Habbash is a senior consultant in family medicine who holds a master's degree in nutrition and dietetics, is a diplomate of the International Board in Lifestyle Medicine from the American College in Lifestyle Medicine, and a postgraduate diploma in medical education and teams and leadership. She is an active leader in medical education, an advocate and a public figure on healthy lifestyle matters and community health issues, and a recognized researcher with publications and presence in international forums and leading medical journals. Dr. Fatema brings over 20 years of clinical experience across governmental and private health sectors, focusing on lifestyle-related health outcomes (obesity, NCDs, sleep-related conditions). She continuously collaborates with local and international healthcare organizations, including the Ministry of Health, WHO, and the World Organization of Family Doctors on community and health professionals’ awareness campaigns in the areas of lifestyle medicine and nutrition. Dr. Habbash promotes healthy lifestyle patterns and mental well-being with her contributions through different media platforms.
