This symposium is intended for physicians, nurses, allied health professionals, researchers, educators, public health professionals, dentists, pharmacists, healthcare administrators, and others.

Substitution Policy

• Name changes, substitutions, and transfer of registration to future events is not permitted.
• Registration is not transferable from one person to another.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• All cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing and submitted via email to iph@qatar-med.cornell.edu
• For a full refund of the registration fee, the cancellation request must be received by Saturday, February 3, 2024.
• A 50% refund of the registration fee will be made if cancellation request is received by Saturday, February 10, 2024.
• No refund will be offered for cancellation requests thereafter.
• We will attempt to process the refund within 30 days of receiving any cancellation request. 
• Weill Cornell Medicine–Qatar reserves the right to cancel the activity. In the event of a cancellation, fee deposit will be returned, but we will not be responsible for any other expenses including restricted or non-refundable airfare and hotel deposits.
