Dr. Moyosore Makinde is a Consultant Family Physician and a Board-certified Lifestyle Medicine Physician (IBLM/SOLONg). She had her undergraduate training at the University College Hospital, University of Ibadan after which she had her postgraduate specialist training in Family Medicine at the Lagos University Teaching Hospital, Idi-araba, and obtained the Fellowships of both the National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria and the West African College of Physicians.

She now practices as a Consultant in the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital, Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria. She is an executive member of the Society of Family Physicians of Nigeria (SOFPON) and is the National President of the Society of Lifestyle Medicine of Nigeria (SOLONg) where she served as the immediate past Education faculty lead.

She is also the founder of a not-for-profit organisation, Lifestyle Champions International which is focused on health education and coaching in the adoption of healthy lifestyle choices in order to prevent lifestyle-related diseases.

Her special areas of interest include sleep health, women's health, mental wellbeing and chronic disease management using the pillars of Lifestyle Medicine.

She is the author of the ‘The Ultimate Sleep Coaching Guide’ and also co-authored ‘Living Boldly’ along with nine other women.
