Co-founder and President of the Board of the Polish Society of Lifestyle Medicine, specialist in internal diseases, expert in public health and lifestyle medicine (IBLM Diplomate), academic teacher, assistant professor at the Third Clinic of Internal Diseases and Cardiology of the Warsaw Medical University.
Member of the Board of the Prevention and Epidemiology Section of the Polish Cardiac Society. Secretary of the Board of the Committee of Public Health of the Polish Academy of Sciences. He has also collaborated with the Ministry of Health, the Department of Public Health, and WHO. As part of his educational activities, he has repeatedly given lectures to patients, medical students, doctors, and pharmacists. Author of the publication "Lifestyle Medicine."
