Ms. Lovena Pais

In 2004 Lovena Pais joined as an AdministrativeAssistant for a reputed Oil & Gas company in Qatar. She currently providesadministrative support to a team of 15 in the company’s Business Development department. 

In her role, Lovena proactively supportsthe objectives and goals of the organization, and applies her communication andstrategic thinking skills to find solutions for her team and executives.

Outside of work, Lovena enjoys travelling,cooking and baking. She is a strong believer in the importance of maintaining ahealthy mind and body and has been practicing yoga for years.

Her personal mantra is that every situationwe face has a solution and comes with a positive and negative side: learn fromthe negative and capitalize on the positive. A positive outlook will help usget through even the most difficult of times, so stay positive is what shetells her circle of colleagues, family and friends.

Lovena was born in Mumbai, India. She studied at St. PaulsConvent School and completed her college education at Guru Nanak Khalsa Collegein Mumbai, India. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Mumbai University.

She has been living in Doha, Qatar - hersecond home - with her husband Arun for the past 23 years.
