Corneal Confocal Microscopy: a Surrogate Endpoint for Neurodegeneration in Clinical Trials

Summary

Corneal confocal microscopy (CCM) is an imaging method to quantify neurodegeneration and regeneration. It is timely to start the conversation on how to translate evidence into action and provide a roadmap to assess the current evidence and key hurdles for the adoption of CCM as a biomarker and surrogate endpoint for neurodegenerative disease.

Schedule

The scheduled is structured to address the challenges identified across three main areas : • CCM in peripheral neurodegeneration • CCM in central neurodegeneration • CCM as an outcome measure in clinical trials of disease modifying therapies

Schedule

Speakers

The conference will feature international speakers and stakeholders from various local institutions who are experts in the fields of Peripheral Neuropathies and Central Neurodegeneration.
