Mushtaq Ali Bukhari
Mushtaq Ali joined Weill Cornell Medicine-Qatar in 2003 as a Network Engineer. He played a crucial role in setting up the campus infrastructure. His responsibilities included configuring, managing, securing, and upgrading the network, ensuring inter-campus connectivity to stream live lectures from New York Campus, and providing redundant internet connectivity.
In 2015, he advanced to the position of Senior Manager, Network and AV, where he managed Network and Audio-Visual team to support college operations. By 2020, he became the Assistant Director, overseeing strategic and operational support for audiovisual, networking, security, and telecommunications functions.
Additionally, Mushtaq is a member of the Foundation Science Curriculum and Clinical Curriculum Committee, representing ITS for Education Computing Support.
Before his tenure at WCM-Q, he contributed significantly to the Higher College of Technology (HCT) in Abu Dhabi, UAE, where he supported networking and connectivity for 12 campuses across different emirates.
