Mahmood Dualeh
Mahmood Dualeh is an accomplished IT manager with background in business analysis, strategic planning, and technology management. He has a proven track record of managing complex initiatives, integrating business strategies with information systems, and leading top-performing teams. His career began at Kirkland & Ellis, LLP where he managed the electronic discovery needs of the litigation teams at the Washington DC office. In 2012, Mahmood transitioned to the Ministry of Information and Communications Technology (ictQATAR) in Doha, Qatar. As the Special Projects Section Manager, he led critical ICT adoption projects, developed strategic plans for digitization, and launched Qatar’s first ICT SME Toolkit knowledge portal. His role as Project Manager - Digital Content Specialist involved developing national digitization initiatives and strategic plans for government content preservation.
In 2019, Mahmood joined Weill Cornell Medicine – Qatar where he oversees the Business and Education Solutions team. He has overseen projects related to the migration and modernization of the faculty and student recruitment, admissions and research grants applications systems. He also coordinates the support of educational, administrative and outreach applications.
Mahmood holds an MBA and an MS in Information and Telecommunication Systems from Johns Hopkins University, and a BA in History from Williams College. He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
