Joey Nicholson , PhD MLIS MPH
Joey Nicholson, PhD MLIS MPH is the Department Chair of the Medical Library at NYU Langone Health. His research focuses on integrating librarian expertise into competency-based assessments of evidence-based practice (EBP) skills in health professions education. Joey is particularly interested in using Observed Structured Clinical Examinations (OSCEs) to provide real-time feedback to learners. He also has extensive experience in evidence synthesis methods, including systematic reviews and meta-analyses, and is dedicated to enhancing the role of librarians in educational and clinical settings.
