Dr. Moune Jabre joined Weill-Cornell Medicine – Qatar (WCM-Q) in 2015 as an Assistant Professor of Clinical Obstetrics and Gynecology. At WCM-Q, Dr. Jabre holds multiple leadership roles including Assistant Dean of Academic Affairs, Director of the Learning Enrichment Office, and Co-Director of the Obstetrics and Gynecology Clerkship. Her academic interests include simulation, remediation, development of medical student cognitive and clinical reasoning skills, mentoring/coaching, and Women’s Health.

Clinically, Dr. Jabre provides a full range of obstetric and gynecologic services at WCM-Q’s affiliated hospitals. Dr. Jabre speaks English, Arabic, and French, and possesses an exceptional ability to practice culturally humble medicine, while thriving in a multitude of environments. Her clinical and research interests include evaluation and management of ectopic pregnancy, gynecologic and first trimester obstetric ultrasound, and emergency obstetric/gynecologic medicine.

Dr. Jabre obtained her Doctor of Medicine from Boston University then completed residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Brown University - Women and Infants Hospital. Dr. Jabre is board-certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians & Gynecologists and is licensed to practice in the USA and Qatar.
