Sponsor Reporting

Both for progress reports and for final reports on an award, the sponsor requires a section addressing budgetary spending. The Grants and Contracts office assists with:

  • Estimating funds expected to be under-spent and requesting to be carried forward to the next grant period;
  • Requesting the sponsor to make budget category changes; and
  • Working with the Finance department to ensure proper reporting on the accounting categories funds.
