CCM Nerve Image Analysis Training

The assessment of corneal nerve fiber morphology has become a surrogate marker of nerve degeneration and regeneration in central and peripheral neurodegenerative diseases. This training course will provide an overview on CCM image acquisition and selection of corneal nerve fibers using an established protocol with manual quantification using CCMetrics, developed by Prof. Rayaz Malik and his research team.

We offer three training options to suit your preference:

The online training course: Get started with the training videos and complete the quiz to assess your progress. Click on this link: https://weillcornell.az1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_56GCC6LOpOCL5JA
You will receive a certificate of completion after satisfactorily passing the quiz and can request a license agreement to use CCMetrics and/or ACCMetrics free of charge for research purposes only.

3-5 days hands-on training in our labs at either Weill Cornell Medicine in Qatar or at the University of Manchester in the UK (free of charge).

3-5 days of hands-on training at your institution, with travel and accommodation costs to be covered by the requesting trainee.
