The sixth annual Medical Student Research Forum highlighted 24 WCMC-Q students' work conducted in the college’s annual Summer Research Program. It also gave them experience in a vital part of the research process: explaining findings with the larger scientific community.

Cornell psychology professor and best selling author James Maas, PhD, is including WCMC-Q premedical students in his latest study on the relationship between sleep and overall health.

Dr. Abdullatif Al-Khal, head of the HMC communicable disease unit, and Dr. Ravinder Mamtani, WCMC-Q professor of public health, discuss the virus that’s causing concern around the world and interruptions in local school openings.

WCMC-Q partners Sidra Medical and Research Center and Hamad Medical Corporation plan Qatar’s first medical simulation center at a joint workshop.

A seminar featuring professionals from WCMC-Q and the community highlighted the importance of mental health to overall physical health.
