In order to participate for any of the listed course(s) all participants are required to register using Weill Cornell Medicine-Qatar’s (WCM-Q) online registration system “Hikmah". Helpful steps for creating account for new users and registration through "Hikmah" are listed below.


Register Online for Lectures, Activities and Courses at Weill Cornell Medicine-Qatar.

First time users:

  • Click on the above link (register now) and follow the steps to create your account, then register for the lectures, activities or courses.Click “Create Account”
  • Fill in the Registrant Profile information. Fields marked with (*) must be completed. 
  • Choose a User Name and Password (Tip: Use your email address for your user name)
  • Click “Submit”
  • Proceed to register for the lecture, activity or course (follow the steps below)
Account Holders:
  • Click “Sign in” and enter your User Name and Password to login using the link above.
  • Follow the below steps to register for the lecture, activity or course.
Registering for the Activity, Course or Workshop: 
  • Click on “Calendar”
  • Select the activity you want to attend
  • Click “Add to cart”
  • Complete the payment section if course fees apply. (This step will not apply for free lectures)
  • Click “Checkout”
  • Accept “Term and conditions”
  • Click “Place order”
  • You are now registered for the lecture and will receive a confirmation email.
Account Holders:
  • Manage your profile
  • Pay for activities and print invoices

Registration Changes or Cancellations

  • Name changes and substitutions are not permitted.
  • Weill Cornell Medicine – Qatar reserves the right to cancel the course. In the event of a cancellation, we will not be responsible for any expenses including restricted or non-refundable airfare and hotel deposits. 
  • All cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing and submitted to by January 7, 2018
