Emad Al-Momani has 15 years of clinical and educational experiences in emergency, trauma, and critical care fields. He is currently working as corporate educator for trauma service and critical care at Hamad Medial Corporation (HMC)-Qatar. Emad holds a bachelor degree in nursing, a master degree in health education (Professional practice) from the UK, and post graduate diploma in learning and teaching in higher education from the UK. Emad is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) as education planner. In collaboration with the clinical simulation and innovation center at HMC, Emad is leading many simulation-based courses such as Trauma foundation program, critical care foundation course, and prone position ventilation course in which different simulation modalities are actively embedded and integrated. Emad is an active research member as he is one of Hamad Medical Corporation MRC (Medical Research Center) principal investigators. Emad is the critical care education lead for COVID-19 simulation-based education.
